🛍️ Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply select your bracelet, choose any available options, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at acidkanulinknh@gmx.net. We can only modify or cancel orders before they are shipped.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order manually.
📏 Bracelet Sizing
How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend measuring your wrist with a flexible measuring tape. Wrap it snugly around your wrist and add approximately 0.5–1 cm for a comfortable fit.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What if the bracelet doesn’t fit?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Poland only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

🔁 Returns & Complaints
Can I return my order?
Yes. As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

What if my bracelet arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
